Using a Cosmedico Medical System I specialise in Super Hair Removal (SHR) and Super Skin Rejuvenation (SSR) using Laser. I also offer Warm & Hot Wax treatments meaning theres something for everyone when it comes to removing unwanted hair. You can be rest assured you are in safe, confident hands with the most up to date technologies available within the industry. Following your treatments you will feel and look amazing. 

I provide waxing treatments to both men and women using lovely Hive of Beauty Wax products. A combination of warm and hot wax is used to remove hair leaving you with smooth skin. Hairs should be around 1/2 inch long for best results, I recommend trimming the hair before your appointment if you have longer hair as this can be more painful to wax! 

Warm wax is suited better to largers areas such as legs, arms, back and chest and is great for removing softer fluffier hairs, which can be more common on clients who have regular waxing. Hot wax is ideal for precision hair removal over small areas like the face, underarms and bikini area as it's designed to work best on coarse, terminal hairs. It's brilliant for removing stubborn chin hairs and unruly armpit growth! 

When we say hot wax, we are talking about a slightly higher temperature, this wax is applied thicker, left to dry for a moment until it sets then removed. Warm wax is a slightly lower temperature, it's applied to the hairs then a paper or material strip is placed over the wax and removed.

Super Hair Removal is the latest technology for the removal of unwanted hair, safe and pain free, SHR treatments gently heat up the target hair follicle to cause terminal damage and prevent hair re-growth. Its suitable for men and women.

The energy rich pulse of light creates a thermal reaction on specified cells in the skin to treat the area you require. SHR has been proven in clinical studies as the safest method of light based hair reduction for all skin types making it a safe, fast and efficient treatment. 

Most clients will require between eight to ten treatment sessions to achieve their desired result. Occassionally some clients may need additional treatments to reach their desired aim. Treatments can be repeated every four to eight weeks, this is because only 25-30% of the bodies hair is growing at any given time and it must be targeted in the anagen (growing) phase. 

Super Skin Rejuvenation is a safe technology gently pulsing laser light into the skin to stimulate, rejuvenate, tone and tighten. This increases the skins metabolism to promote collagen and fibroblast activity deep within the skin for dramatic and long lasting results.  As well as anti-ageing by reducing fine lines and wrinkles, skin problems such as Acne, Pigmentation and Thread Veins are also diminished and removed effectively. 

Skin Rejuvenation and Acne treatments generally require around four to six sessions to achieve optimal results. Thereafter at least a monthly session will be required to upkeep results. Skin Rejuvenation can however also be used as a one off treatment to obtain a bright and fresh glow for special events and occasions. 

Pigmentation treatments often take two to six treatment sessions to reach desired results whereas Vascular treatments such as Thread Veins take around six to ten sessions. Both types of treatment can be repeated only days apart.
